Terms of Service

Effective Date: 4 June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Kachingly (the “Service”) — a WordPress plugin and related online services owned and operated by VD Niaga Global Sdn Bhd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing, activating, purchasing a licence for, or using Kachingly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Kachingly is a reporting tool that calculates daily profit & loss for WooCommerce stores by combining your sales data with advertising spend you choose to import from Meta (Facebook) Ads. The Service includes the WordPress plugin and our hosted portal at kachingly.my used for licensing and for connecting your Meta Ads account.

2. Licence & subscription

  • Paid features are unlocked with a licence key tied to an active subscription. Each licence permits activation on a limited number of domains according to the tier you purchased (e.g. Solo, Team, Agency).
  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly cycle and renew until cancelled. If a subscription lapses or is not renewed, paid features (such as Meta Ads sync) are disabled, while the free WooCommerce profit & loss features continue to work.
  • You may not share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the plugin or your licence key beyond the domains permitted by your tier.

3. Meta (Facebook) Ads connection

Connecting Meta Ads is optional. When you connect, you grant read-only (ads_read) access to the ad accounts you choose, used solely to display your ad spend in your own reports. Your use of Meta’s services remains subject to Meta’s own terms, and you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access the ad accounts you connect. 4. Payments & refunds

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and charged via our payment provider. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law. If you experience a problem with your purchase, contact support@kachingly.my and we will try to resolve it fairly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to bypass licence checks, reverse-engineer the Service for redistribution, interfere with our portal, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual property

The Kachingly plugin, portal, branding, and all related materials are owned by VD Niaga Global Sdn Bhd and are protected by applicable laws. Your licence grants you the right to use the Service, not ownership of it.

7. Accuracy & no financial advice

Kachingly is a reporting and estimation tool. Figures (including profit, ROAS, and shipping/COGS estimates) depend on the data and settings you provide and may not be exact. The Service does not constitute financial, accounting, or tax advice. You remain responsible for verifying your own financial records.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VD Niaga Global Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) continue to apply.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

Terma Perkhidmatan ini mengawal penggunaan Kachingly — plugin WordPress + portal yang dimiliki dan dikendalikan oleh VD Niaga Global Sdn Bhd. Dengan menggunakan Kachingly, anda bersetuju dengan terma ini.

  • Lesen & langganan: ciri berbayar dibuka dengan kunci lesen + langganan aktif (had domain ikut tier). Jika langganan tamat, ciri berbayar (cth Meta Ads sync) dimatikan; ciri P&L WooCommerce percuma terus berfungsi. Dilarang kongsi/jual semula plugin atau kunci lesen.
  • Sambungan Meta: pilihan; akses baca-sahaja (ads_read) untuk papar perbelanjaan iklan anda sahaja. Lihat Polisi Privasi.
  • Bayaran & refund: harga dalam RM; yuran langganan secara amnya tidak dikembalikan selepas kitaran bil bermula, kecuali dikehendaki undang-undang. Ada masalah? Emel support@kachingly.my.
  • Ketepatan: Kachingly ialah alat laporan/anggaran — angka bergantung pada data & tetapan anda, mungkin tidak tepat, dan bukan nasihat kewangan/cukai.
  • Liabiliti: perkhidmatan diberikan “as is”; liabiliti kami terhad setakat dibenarkan undang-undang Malaysia.
